Little Luxe Co Hire Terms

By booking a Little Luxe Co party package, you agree to take reasonable care of all hired equipment while it is in your possession.

Hire period
Your hire period begins when your party kit is collected and ends when it is returned within your confirmed return window. Collection and return details will be provided with your booking.

Adult responsibility
A responsible adult must supervise the party and the use of all Little Luxe Co equipment at all times.

Equipment care
All reusable equipment should be used for its intended purpose and returned complete and in the condition in which it was supplied, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Cleaning and packing
Please follow the supplied cleaning, packing and return instructions. All items should be accounted for using the provided checklist before return.

Refundable damage bond
A $60 refundable damage bond is added to each booking. The bond will be refunded once the equipment has been returned on time, checked and confirmed to be complete and undamaged.

If equipment is missing, damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, or requires additional cleaning outside normal expectations, reasonable costs may be deducted from the bond. If replacement or repair costs exceed the bond, Little Luxe Co may contact you regarding the additional cost.

Bond refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Afterpay bookings, the refund reduces unpaid instalments or returns to the card(s) used if the plan has been paid in full. See how bond refunds and Afterpay refunds are paid.

Late returns
Please return your kit within the confirmed return window. Late returns can affect the next customer’s booking, so additional charges may apply where equipment is returned late without prior agreement.

Personal items and consumables
Food, drinks, skincare products and other consumables supplied by the customer remain the customer’s responsibility. Please check suitability, allergies and individual sensitivities before use.

Third-party services
Any external services arranged by the customer, such as entertainers, beauty services, balloon styling or catering, are separate from Little Luxe Co unless specifically included in your booking.

Photography and styling
Images used on our website or social media may show styled party inspiration. Only the items specifically listed in your chosen package and add-ons are included in your hire.

Changes and cancellations are subject to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
