What age is the spa party suitable for?

Our Mini Luxe Spa Party is designed for primary and intermediate-aged children. Activities can be adapted to suit the age and interests of the group. An adult must supervise the party and all activities throughout the hire period.

What do I need to provide?

We provide the reusable spa-party equipment, coordinated styling pieces and easy setup instructions. You provide the party food, drinks, cake and any personal skincare products or consumables not included in your chosen package.

Where do I collect the party kit?

Party kits are collected from our Tauriko pickup location at a prearranged time. Your confirmed pickup instructions and drop-off time will be provided before your party.

What size vehicle do I need for collection?

Most medium to large vehicles should accommodate the party kit. The low party table folds down to 900 x 600 mm for easier transport. Some simple assembly is required when setting the table up at home. Please allow enough boot or cargo space for the folded table, cushions and packed party equipment.

Is there a refundable damage bond?

Yes. A $60 refundable damage bond applies to each booking. It is returned after the equipment has been returned on time, checked and confirmed to be complete and undamaged.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change. Date changes are subject to availability, and cancellation conditions will be clearly displayed before payment. Full details will also be provided in your booking confirmation.
